Canonical byte encoding of an ACLEntry’s payload (everything the signature covers). Exported for tests; callers should usually go through ACLChain.authorAndAppend (when authoring new entries) or ACLChain.ingestEntry (when verifying entries received from peers), both of which handle canonical encoding internally.
