DurableGroupSecurityRollbackAnchor
Defined in: packages/core/src/group-security-rollback-anchor.ts:111
Separately protected compare-and-set boundary for rollback detection.
advance must be durable before it resolves and must return false without
changing state when expected does not equal the current value. Advancing
an anchor and committing its matching group-state snapshot should be treated
as one security transaction. A crash between the two may require explicit
recovery, but must never silently accept the older side.
