Hash a canonical ordered keychain sequence independently of its CRDT operation identities. The committed encoding is the ASCII domain above, followed by a big-endian u32 entry count and, for each entry, big-endian u32 lengths plus the 32-byte key ID and 32 raw AES-key bytes.
